Multi-coat UV lacquer and acrylic finishes on MDF or chipboard substrates. Mirror-grade depth, fingerprint-resistant, finished on our own lines.
MDF High Gloss is where the finishing operation shows its hand. Multiple UV-lacquer coats are applied and sanded between passes, or an acrylic sheet is bonded for the deepest mirror finish. The result is a reflective, scratch- and fingerprint-resistant surface graded for premium fronts.
Gloss is unforgiving of substrate flaws, so it runs on selected MDF and chipboard cores with the tightest QC tolerance in the range.
